SHIPPING

We ship globally, with shipping costs added at checkout. Standard shipping fees are $9.99 for domestic orders and $14.99 for international orders.

Free shipping may be available during select periods or for orders over a certain value.

Standard delivery time within the USA, CA, and UK is 7 to 15 business days from warehouse departure. Fast delivery options are available based on your country and location.

Our products are shipped via various courier companies, including USPS, DHL, FedEx, CJ Packet, depending on your location and the selected shipping method.

If you order multiple items, they might be shipped separately. Track your shipment using the provided tracking number.

LOST OR MISSING PACKAGE

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If marked as delivered, we are not obligated to issue a refund. Contact the carrier for assistance.

If you provided an incorrect address, contact us to correct it promptly. We are not responsible for items dispatched to the wrong address.

Maintain a reachable phone number and ensure someone is present for delivery to reduce the risk of loss.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Contact us immediately for damaged, incorrect, or misrepresented items.

You can exchange or return items within 30 days of receipt, including shipping return time. The item must be in its original condition.

Customers are responsible for return shipping, 10% restocking fee, associated fees, and taxes.

If you are shipping an item worth over $60, we recommend purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item. The time it takes for an exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on your location.

In some cases, only partial refunds may be granted. These situations include items that are not in their original condition, have been damaged, or are missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Once we receive the returned product, we will check its condition to ensure that it meets our return policy. If the product meets our policy, we will proceed with a refund to the payment option used for the purchase.

If you have not received your refund and it has been some time, please check your bank account and contact your credit card company and bank, as it may take some time for the refund to be officially posted. If you still have not received your refund, please contact us.

RECEIVING COUNTRY CUSTOM FEES

International orders may incur import duties and taxes set by the receiving country. Handle taxes promptly to avoid return costs and reshipment fees.

No refund or replacement if the carrier destroys the package due to unresolved tax matters.
